Don't Train Till You Break!

Today's lesson: Don't train till you break. Train so you don't break. As runners get really fit and really motivated, they often start running faster and/or faster than prescribed. Or, they start doing harder runs closer together. In short, they get greedy. The result is almost always an injury so in this video, I encourage you to obey your stress/rest cycle and as you get fitter, be even more careful.
