In the year 2008, a group of Community Development Professionals in Sri Lanka gathered in the aim of creating a national framework for the development of Sri Lanka irrespective of the social, economical and ethnic barriers. Unfortunately, this plan could not be accomplished at that moment due to certain constraints. However, now the time has arrived to re-launch this national framework with the collaboration of professionals in the country.
