Self Care!! Its vital!

Healing comes in many forms and we must learn to listen to ourselves and our bodies.
Take time and be still, how does your body feel? Do you need to take some rest, go to bed earlier? Do you need to feed your body better, hydrate more?
Are you feeling tense and twitchy, maybe a run or a workout would help?
Are you lonely and need a friend.
Meditating can relieve so much stress also and can help to quiet your mind and start to focus within. Many people look for answers to their questions externally, when in fact, they usually have the answers already! Try and take the time and learn to listen to your own inner voice!
You maybe surprised how wise you really are!
