This 2001 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning was previously part of Jorge Acosta's massive F&F collection, but was sold to the owners at Proform Auto at which point it was stripped of it's "Racer's Edge" livery to make room for their own logo. A Clever marketing strategy if you ask me! While picking up Jorge's latest build, we had the opportunity to get behind the wheel and burn some rubber. Equipped with the new at-the-time 5.4L supercharged overhead cam V8 engine making 380 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque, this second-generation Lightning is one of the most polarizing American sport trucks ever made.
