get ready for a NEW super sweaty AMRAP Workout - with Dumbbells and Bodyweight Exercises.
AMRAP in this case = as many ROUNDS as possible. That means we use a time cap of 3 MIN, and you are following the mentioned amount of reps of the certain exercises (3 different exercises in one AMRAP complex). And then you try to follow your own pace and try to accomplish as many rounds as possible.

00:08 - 04:15 Warm Up
04:15 - 35:27 Workout (8x 3MIN AMRAP = as many rounds as possible, 1 MIN rest in between every AMRAP complex)
35:38 - 40:59 Cooldown

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if needed. 🙏🏼
