I have a client that is looking for a home in Victoria Park, Florida. In the current market at this time there aren't many homes for sale. I am knocking on doors and calling homeowners to see if they are interested in making a move or do they know someone else that is thinking about moving. There are different circumstances why people don't want to actively put their homes on the market. A homeowner will consider selling his home to a qualified buyer if the opportunity presents itself. Some reasons why homeowners are not listings their homes, they haven't found another home to move to, some people have sick family members and it is not convenient to have people want through their home. Some homeowners could be building a home and are not sure when it will be ready. Finding a home that is not on the market is a win win for everyone. Example: The present owner can take their time finding their new home without pressure, it gives a seller time to relocate at their own speed, or the prospective buyer now that he has found the home he wants can finally list and sell their home before the finalize the closing of the new home.
