Wouldn't even need incentives to play. Future content for #PSO2NGS ? I dream..
Imagine if the content for acquiring FUN points in NGS were actually fun...AND gave good rewards.

These are just a few ideas. ALSO RAPPY KART. If you haven't seen rappy kart, search on twitter/google because there are tonnes of pictures there.
Give us in-between filler repeatable content SEGA and incentives to actually do said content.
