here is a snack recipe for you. Kerala Tea Shop special Vettu Cake. If perfectly done, can be stored for more than 10 days...!!

Ingredients:-
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Egg - 1 no
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

Maida - 1 Cup
Rava (roasted) - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp + to fry
