5AM morning habits. A series I want to start sharing with you all to help you create a morning routine that works for you, and helping you wake up earlier in the morning :) One of the most important things when waking up early is filling your cup with something you love. Spending time with God or having a devotional routine is something that really sets me up for success in the mornings! Whether you're waking up at 5am or waking up even 10 minutes earlier in the morning, I hope you can do this journaling exercise with me, too! Having my quiet time as a Christian allows me to be intentional with my days. This video is my quiet time routine but there will be more to come!
