We are still in our hangover from the last trip from Delhi. Still missing the days we were roaming around. Though it was just for very few days, very memorable one. And after a couple of days of landing back, my parents-in-law had come home. Such a tasty chicken spring roll was that. My mother-n-law has got magic in her hands. Her biriyani, though we prepare the same way, won’t reach upto her mark.

Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 3/4 - 1 tsp
Kashmir red chilli powder - 2 - 3 tsp
Tomato - 3 small chopped
Basmati rice - 4 cups
Coconut milk - 2 cups
Hot water - 5 cups
