Australia is ‘pretty well placed’ for our cities to recover after COVID-19

Lendlease Global CEO Tony Lombardo says Australia is “pretty well placed” for our cities to make a strong recovery out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Australia is very well placed, globally, because a lot of infrastructure investment has been made across Victoria, New South Wales, WA, Queensland and South Australia over the last four to five years," he told Sky News Australia.

“When I moved back from Asia recently, it was great to see the vibrant city of Sydney had returned.

“Australia is really well placed on a global stage when it comes to the investment that’s been made in our cities.”
