This is a walk through of how I chose the best coaxial cable for ham radio use. I had certain conditions or considerations which needed to be be met. These considerations included:
1. 50ohm use (again, ham radio)
2. Outdoor use
3. Length of Coaxial Cable vs Loss
4. Outer Diameter size (Watch the video to see why)
5. My overall situation and environment.
6. Frequency used.

Certain conditions that I wanted but were not met:
1. Color of Coax.

Things that weren't of consideration for me which should be for you:
1. Cost

In this walkthrough of the steps I used to decide the best type of coax, I do my best to explain my reasoning behind which coax to choose. I attempt to do so in a way new Ham's would understand with ease. That being said, if there is something you may not understand or I got wrong, I am open to hear.

Also 240UF is LMR-240 Ultra flex. It is a more flexible type of LMR-240.
