The leading farmers' group, Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) has called for a massive 'Kisan Mahapanchayat' today where the farmers' body will launch 'Mission Uttar Pradesh-Uttarakhand' to boost their protest against the Centre's farm bills.
