It's possible that Tropical Storm Wanda could form off the Atlantic coast this weekend.
Tropics are quiet for now! There are currently no named storms we are monitoring but the NHC has highlighted a spot about 150 miles away from the coast of South Carolina. It has a low chance of development and may potentially be a rainmaker to the Carolinas this weekend. At this time, upper-level winds should hinder further tropical development. No tropical threats to the Gulf for the next several days.
