Internet in a Box - How to have internet when there isn't any. Emergency, education, medical uses

This freeware lets you have internet in places where there is none available, with a WiFi hotspot for up to 30 people. Its was created for use in developing countries for use in schools and medical clinics, where low cost is a key factor, but can be used for lots of other situations like emergency preparedness, or simply at a rural cottage.
The official page for Internet in a Box (IIAB) is: https://internet-in-a-box.org/
In my case I used an old laptop with 500GB disk storage, and followed the instructions in the official page, installing Ubuntu operating system on a separate partition of my windows hard drive, and the the "Medical" oriented template that IIAB have available. They also have educational templates and you can totally do your own thing, if you just want other reference materials. The installation requires some basic technical knowledge, and the ability to follow multiple step instructions.
