Tamil Nadu Deluge: Weather conditions not climate change behind the heavy downpour?

Tamil Nadu has been battered by incessant rainfall over the last few days. So far, five people have died due to rain-related incidents in the southern state. Heavy rainfall has led to severe waterlogging in several areas of the state. The state government has announced a holiday for schools and colleges in 9 districts till 11th. India Meteorological Department (IMD) said Tamil Nadu is expected to receive heavy rainfall for the next few days due to depression over the Bay of Bengal. Watch the full video for more.
