Speak to any ambitious individual and they will give you motivational quotes, phrases & statements about never giving up, always following your passion and to try, try till you succeed. Given that there is always a chance that you can achieve your dreams, this characteristic of constantly working towards a goal is a commendable characteristic. However, even though it is great to be positive and not negative, there is a middle ground and that is called being a realist. You have to be true to yourself and know when is it the right time to give up on a dream and stop pursuing it.
