Ingenious tiny campervan! The most space efficient Sprinter I have seen

This is an ingenious tiny campervan as is the most space efficient Sprinter campervan I have ever seen! This campervan has the kitchen in the shower - because at the end of the day, one is either using the shower or preparing food - but probably not both at the same time so why mixt the two? The gentleman who built this campervan is an engineer who thought very hard about how to save space in under 12 square metres which also must include the engine and cockpit.
