ASMR Turkish hammam | Lots of foam

This videi is made for educational purposes. This time I went to a traditional Turkish bath called Hammam. Turkish baths are direct descendants of Greco-Roman thermae. Due to mild heating and high humidity your body relaxes completely, your blood flow and metabolism improve. Turkish hammam is a very interesting and fun thing with lots of health benifits, so if you are in Turkey you should definitely visit Hammam :)
