There are just no words. When we think we have seen the worst, humans never cease to disgust us yet again. Meet Bruno. He's a 1 year old bully mix, whose owner brought him to a local vet claiming he hasn't eaten in over a month. Yes. One month. Yet the owner didn't bring him to a vet until tonight, and can't even be bothered to pay for testing or treatment.
