Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says the Democrats have “kept Biden mostly at home” over the last couple of days during the US midterm elections campaign.
“We understand that Joe Biden may be out in Pennsylvania, it’s very close to his home state, that one makes some sense, but he won’t be going across the country like (former) president Obama will,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.
“Obama’s probably the most popular Democrat right now nationwide and if I were the Democrats, I’d be doing the exact same thing.”
