Woolcock St v CDG (Duty of care to subsequent purchasers)

In this case the High Court considered whether a duty of care in negligence, where breach of the duty results in pure economic loss, should extend to the subsequent purchasers of a commercial property. The court identified vulnerability as the relevant concern.
