Five Memphis police officers had been charged with murder for the horrific beating death on an unarmed, 29-year-old man, Tyre Nichols. After the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officers was caught on tape, there seemed to be a real possibility of politicians focusing on police reform. Yet, it wasn't to be. How many more of our brothers and sisters will have to be scarified to police excessive force homicides before our politicians have the will to act?
This video discusses a three-part plan for police reform that has at least some reducing/eliminating bad policing in the future.
