雪蓮子桃膠雪梨糖水
材料(4人份量):
雪蓮子2湯匙
桃膠2湯匙
雪梨2個
冰糖1大粒
處理:
1. 雪蓮子,清水浸6小時以上,倒去水分,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 桃膠,清水浸6小時至軟身,除去雜質,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 雪梨,去皮,切一片片。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾清水2升。
2. 加入雪蓮子,先煲5分鐘。
3. 加入桃膠,滾起後,轉中慢火煲10分鐘,試一試雪蓮子及桃膠是否夠腍,和糖水是否夠甜。
4. 加入雪梨,轉大火煲滾,轉中慢火煲5分鐘。
5. 完成,可享用。
Chickpea peach gum sweet soup with Chinese pears
Ingredients (serving for 4):
Chickpea 2 tbsp
Peach gum 2 tbsp
Chinese pears 2 Nos.
Rock sugar 1 big cube
Preparation:
1. Chickpea, soak in tap water for 6 hours or more. Pour away water. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
2. Peach gum, soak in tap water for 6 hours until it turns soft. Remove impurities. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
3. Chinese pears, get them peeled and sliced.
Steps:
1. Heat up water 2L at high flame in pot.
2. Add in chickpea, boil for 5 minutes.
3. Add in peach gum. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up, boil for 10 minutes. Check the chickpea and peach gum if they are soft and the soup is sweet enough.
4. Add in Chinese pears, heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame for 5 minutes.
5. Complete. Serve.
