A Particularly Particular Author quest in #GenshinImapct on #TsurumiIsland

Back in Inazuma Novelist named Sumida commissioned us to gather material for her novel set in Tsurumi island and find a local instrument named Maushiro.
Guy named Kama took us right back onto the island.
According to Sumida, the island should have been uninhabited a long time ago.
But there he was a boy named Ruu.
It was promised to us that if we help with a certain ceremony we will be given Maushiro.
For the ceremony to go smoothly we had to make offerings at thunderbird trees.
And so we run from tree to tree collecting feathers and dispelling the fog.
We returned to the ceremonial site but nobody was there.
Thre was however Maushito lying on the ground.
When we tried to return it to the Sumida it simply vanished
